Now Spinning/Selling…some of my old vinyl albums (and maybe a 45 or 2)
It started with this 45rpm record…
…bought it at Woolworths after watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show…had to wait in line for a “listening booth” to play it before I bought it…everyone in line had the same record in their hands. I think I paid 70¢.
Played it on something like this…
…got the Sears model “Phonograph” for Christmas, the speakers on that model detached, you could move them about a foot away, or as long as the wires connecting them to the player could stretch.
It didn’t stop with that one record though…
…over the past half century…well you know…it sort of…GREW in numbers (and boxes)!!!
So while I will still be spinning…
…I’m also going to be selling some from my collections and some from sales and auctions that I’ve picked up over the years…
Every record be it Vinyl LP’s…
…or those small 45’s will be played, tested and double cleaned…both dry cleaned and industry standard wet cleaned with Spin-Clean Record Cleaner fluid.
Every record will be shipped in archival sleeves…
…and will be sent to you FREE via Media Mail.
